Ruminating about my career choices with kimchi and tuna.. Binged majorly over the weekend and my weight has increased drastically. Gonna start going home early everyday for a healthy meal. Have to start believing that I can and I will lose the 17kg by my birthday this year..
~Mushroom soup, peppered tuna and mixed vegetables~
A healthy dinner to end the day after feasting on Budae Jjigae (aka ‘Army’ Stew) and greasy Bulgogi last night. I’m finally getting back on track in losing the weight, nothing’s gonna stop me this time. There’s too much at stake….
All the best!! 아짜아짜 ^__^
It’s the 1st day of the work week and I’ve just reached home. 13 hours of nonstop work.
I’m totally drained and starving, who wouldn’t be after having only eaten 1 medium apple the entire day? -.- I know I shouldn’t be eating so late at night, because it doesn’t help at all in digestion. I’m not too concerned about the calories consumed as I’m a strong believer that it’s the total calorie intake that matters, not when you eat it. So as long as I’m eating within my daily allowable calories, I’m happy^^
My meal of kimchi, peppered tuna, 2 slices of wholemeal bread and a hard boiled egg.
Off to watch my fav kdrama~
~Healthy eating~
Dinner after a tiring day at workㅠㅠ I dropped by Umi Sushi and bought myself a bowl of Japanese salad consisting of ginger, corn, seaweed, carrot, cucumber shreds and lettuce. I’m a huge fan of the salads there as the vegetables are always fresh and tasty, you can literally hear the crunching sounds when you bite into them.
I’m on a tight budget at the moment, so instead of splurging money on sashimi, I decided to heat up a can of peppered tuna and enjoyed my salad together with a hard boiled egg. Proteins? Check. Fibre? Check.
And lastly washing everything down with a can of grape juice from Happy Haeyo.
